English-born photographer, Matt Lever, has been shooting backstage at fashion shows for the best part of seventeen years. His extensive career has seen him shoot primarily for ELLE UK as well as exclusively photographing Dolce and Gabbana's Alta Moda and Alta Sartoria fashion shows. He has also worked for clients including Gap, Redken, Haper's Bazaar and In-Style Magazine. 

With Behind the Runway he shows us the madness, mayhem and beauty that happens backstage, whilst out on the runway all you see is perfection. The book has input from the icons of the fashion world. With the foreword by Katie Grand and the introduction by Suzy Menkes.
